EIN Guarantee Terms

These terms apply to the Private US LLC package and any other package that includes an EIN application, for orders placed on or after 5 October 2026.

1. The guarantee

If the IRS has not issued your EIN within 30 business days of the day we fax your Form SS-4, we refund the USBizGuru service fee for your package in full.

State and government fees are excluded. The Wyoming state filing fee is paid to the Secretary of State on your behalf and the state does not return it. The refund covers our service fee only.

2. How the period is counted

  • Day one is the first business day after we send Form SS-4 to the IRS by fax. We record the fax confirmation in your dashboard.
  • Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
  • The EIN counts as issued on the date shown on the IRS confirmation, or the date the IRS confirms the number to us by phone or fax, whichever is earlier, even if the CP-575 letter arrives later.

3. What is not covered

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information you gave us, or by a passport or document we could not verify.
  • Time while we are waiting for you to approve Form SS-4 or to answer a question from the IRS or from us.
  • An IRS rejection because the company name or ownership details you supplied were wrong. We refile at no charge, and the period restarts from the new fax date.
  • Orders where the EIN was not part of the package.
  • Orders placed before 5 October 2026.

4. What happens to your company

A refund under this guarantee does not undo your Wyoming LLC. Your company stays formed, your registered agent stays in place for the year you paid for, and we keep working the EIN application until the IRS issues the number. You keep every document we have delivered.

5. How to claim

  1. Message us on WhatsApp or email info@usbizguru.com with your order number within 60 days of the guarantee period ending.
  2. We confirm the fax date and the IRS status from your order record and reply within two business days.
  3. Confirmed refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days. Rupee payments are refunded through Razorpay in rupees; dollar payments through Stripe in dollars.

6. Relationship to the refund policy

This guarantee adds to the refund policy; it does not replace it. Where the two differ on EIN delays, this guarantee applies to orders it covers.
